Based on the way the envelope was addressed, I believe that her office used the mailing address of the first property owner listed with the appraiser's office.  If you rent or lease you may not have received one. In that case, contact Ms. Moore via Facebook  Orange County District 2 Commissioner  or call her office at 407-836-7350 to get on her list as you should have a voice too.  Quoting  her, "...I still have concerns the remediation will be unsuccessful. ... [These businesses] must also be moved to action due to hearing first hand examples of how their odors are substantially altering lives."  We cannot let our work done so far slip away. Dear Ms. Repass and Ms. Gardner,  I am REDACTED and I’ve lived in Orange County’s rural settlement, Tangerine for 21 years, raised in Orange County for 68 years.  There have often been ripe aromas from time to time; mostly experiencing the horse bedding/soil used by the Mushroom plant. With a nearby animal cemetery, we apparently have smelled it.  Only in the last maybe two years have we endured pungent, obnoxious human waste smells. These odors affect our quality of life, interfere with enjoying breezes through open windows or sitting on a front porch or back screened porch. Walking the dog is unpleasant when human waste smells waft our way.   Tangerine is a bird sanctuary. We chose to live in a rural neighborhood because of fresh air and wide-open spaces, starry nights and sun soaked days. Good afternoon, I live next door to Shelley’s Septic Services and we use well water for our household needs including preparing food and beverages. I have become aware that the Florida State Department of Environmental Protection has cited this business for poor runoff control of their products during storms and other problems.   I am aware that Shelley’s Septic Services has a poor record of following the requirements for handling waste in the proper ways and employees were charged with felonies for improper dumping of sewage waste in the past.    Because the nature of this business is working with raw sewage and biosolids, this is a concern for me.   Clearly, this company’s record shows that they have little concern for the health and well being of people who may be exposed to their sewage and its products.
