For Zellwood, Tangerine, Surrounding Neighborhoods March 31, 2020 Zero Days Without A Smell Report We vote and we talk to voters We talked on Monday afternoon and he has a meeting scheduled in 24 hours! Good news. If everyone would please send Mr. Marshall an e-mail thanking him for his efforts, that would be great. He got this meeting set up in 24 hours during a time that everyone is transitioning to work at home. That is nothing short of a miracle. Odor Reports It was a beautiful day with 17 mph winds and gusts up to 23 mph from the WSW. The Daily Sludge Report For Zellwood, Tangerine, Surrounding Neighborhoods March 30, 2020 Zero Days Without A Smell Report We vote and we talk to voters Editor's Comment: I have come to the conclusion that we were misled about Anuvia being a biosolids plant. It's actually a fertilizer plant, which brings in an entirely different connotation. The term "biosolids" gives the impression of an environmentally friendly product whereas the term "fertilizer factory" evokes images of chemical smells. And yes, Anuvia uses chemicals to convert the biosolids they process to make fertilizer.   Odor Reports 1:30 am There is no smell. Delightful.  .......... The Daily Sludge Report March 29, 2020 Zero Days Without A Smell Report We vote and we talk to voters The weather today is absolutely beautiful but the smell is disgusting.  Odor Reports 1:18 am The smell is a 1 out of 10. It's becoming part of the background.  [video] 7:50  Wow! So bad this morning! It is a 12 [on a scale of 1-10] at my house. My nose and throat feel like they are on fire. The dogs wouldn't even stay out and it is [usually] very difficult to get them to come in when it is cool in the morning. 8:00 am  Just so everyone knows, I am emailing the governor again. I'm done with the do-nothing locals. 9:17 am  I smell Anuvia. There is a slight breeze from the south. Odor Reports 1:13 am The smell on Lake Ola Drive is unbearable. 10/10 see letter below 2:30 am I'm walking the dog and the smell is horrible. 5:30 am Horrible smell on Lake Ola Drive. See letter below. 9:00 am Horrible smell this morning on Earlwood! 9:30 am The smell is back, about 4 out of 10. 3:00 pm I am up in Dogwood Mountain. No smell today, it’s 3 pm. I’ll report in the future if I smell anything up here.    I’m so sorry you are having to deal with this. Tangerine is such a special area, I’m just glad you are trying to preserve its quality. 3:00-6:30 pm Lake Ola Drive, I've been outside working and I could smell Anuvia the entire time. The strength of the odor waxed and waned, but it never went totally away. T he unforgettable aroma has been working out there right a
