We still need to send an e-mail or call Orange County to report to them. Orange County is working on having an online system to report and it was supposed to be up this week. It's actually a fertilizer plant, which brings in an entirely different connotation. The term "biosolids" gives the impression of an environmentally friendly product whereas the term "fertilizer factory" evokes images of chemical smells.
