What You Need to Know About Shelley's Code Enforcement Hearing

Image
For Zellwood, Tangerine, Surrounding Neighborhoods June 29, 2020 We've had some pretty smell-free days lately. Anuvia was down for maintenance and Shelly's Septic Tanks has a hearing with the code enforcement board on July 8th, so they're laying low or so it would seem.  A Note From the Editor Shelley's Septic Tanks has a meeting with a special magistrate for Code Enforcement on July 8th at 9 am. We need your personal stories on how the odor has affected you. An example would be: "My Sunday night barbecue was ruined because the odor was so bad that we had to go inside." These stories will be presented to the Special Magistrate who will oversee the hearing.  Letters/e-mails can be addressed to Tim Boldig, acting CE Manager, or to the Special Magistrate. Please ask that to have your email placed in the public record of the hearing.  You can e-mail your stories to tangerinestinks@gmail.com. You can attach your story as a document

It appears that they want to fight back on the odor reports.  Please, please continue to report odors. I know that it's a pain to report in two places but if there aren't complaints there isn't follow through.  We cannot stop now and need to stay on top of this issue.  Via Orange County today: Orange County Government is re
