The Saga of Lake Ola Part 2

Hi Redacted, Share all of it.  It is factual backed with discovery evidence right down to the who in the influence that decided this back in 2006, 2008, 2009, and 2010.  Ten years of fight and court records speak for themselves. The amount of dirt surrounding my case is overwhelming.  Here are the casualties as of today, 1) Bill Calie, St Johns - resigned for religious reasons in 2019 2) Ken Lewis, St Johns - resigned for no reasons other than he may not like government pensions, in 2018  These are the two ring leaders in policy that permits are never required if a county simply tells them via a rumor that all their activities are "repair and replace" as they did on the 441 project and mine...and Lake Street before that.  I have all the evidence on Lake Street against Torres and Orange County. 3) Ed Chew, Orange County Attorney, retired right after I hired Michael Kest who annihilated Chew on a previous case. 4) Chip Turner, Orange C...

The Saga of Drainage into Lake Ola

Image
From:  Ned Bowers  Sent:  4/19/2020 To:  Recipients Redacted Subject:  Orange County Permit Application - Drainage into Lake Ola As everyone is aware, I have been in a fight to protect my property rights for over 10-years.  In December 2019, the case went through a 5-day bench trial.  Fees the County will eventually pay are north of $800,000 and the damages trial will tack on another $200,000.  That may be a reason to never oppose the government.  Just allow them to do as they please no matter the harm.  Be it known, I support good government.  I only oppose corruption in government along with a coverup. The defense was terrible; embarrassing. But suing the government is every bit as difficult as people say.  This was no exception.  The first trial on October 22, 2018, was a complete bust.  Part of the blame was that, unknown to me, Orange County solicited St Johns for a "permit" and rec...

Odor Report for 3/24/2020

Image
This is why we live in Tangerine The Daily Sludge Report March 24, 2020 Zero Days Without A Smell Report Check back for updates as reports come in- Please note that odor reports are from a  voluntary Facebook group  and each odor  report represents an unknown number of individuals who are also aware  of the smells that are permeating our neighborhoods. Not all odor events are reported due to the pervasive nature of the smell. If we reported every event, we'd get nothing else done due to the intermittent nature of the odors. Now we are concerned that our respiratory irritation could predispose us to Coronavirus. I'm not even sure that they should even be open during this time.* [See the letter from Anuvia regarding this in the 3/23/2020 Daily Sludge Report .] Yesterday's Sludge Report also provided a link to the bond issuance made by Orange County to Anuvia. Comments are below: With OUR taxpayer money! What the heck?! What a bunch of crap!...
